The numberssssss, he wrote some numbers on the board and then we made two groups boys and girls. then we had to find out what they were or what the next number was. so after looking it up on line, we found out that they were bianary numbers. then we had to get up the board and explain what the next number was. so from the boys i got up and i was trying to explain but the girls keept saying that they could not see the board and they didnt let me do my thing. and then the teacher got on my case too and would not let me explain my self. if they would just let me explain more i would have done it. so it took two more guys from my team to explain it.

He talked about spiritually and all the powers in the universe, I wanted to hear more about design and how he comes up with ideas. And his slid show was not the best. And it was short and fast. The only thing that I liked was that how relaxed and how simple he thought about things.

Dreamssss, we watched a movie on drams, we had the option between that and a nova documentary on dreams. After half way in the movie i wished that the class had voted on the documentary. The movie was boring and i just didnt get it. but the home work will be fun, to dream about our final assignment. I never dream but i guess ill have to give it a try.

Allmost late but I make it, it was nice to hear about all the real or pro brifs and to see what gose on in the real world. It will come in very handy when i have to use it on my clients. And the triangle was really cool and it makes it easy to deal with clients. It breaks thing apart into smaller pices so you can orginize thing better. I m still working on my brif and its really hard to write it, when you dont know everything about the project.  Oh well lets see what we are gonna do tomorrow.

On the next assignment i will make the best presentation to make up for my mat board. I think the game that i made is really cool and interesting. But the mat board that i used killed it, it was late and i decided to use an old mat board that i had left from a year ago. But there were some cool games and some of them were presented very professionally. i liked the one that was printed with two animals or characters. very nice presentation, but i don't know how the game worked. But the next time we have to mount our work i will make it one of the best ones.

we started the class with the teacher telling us about the AIGA event over the weekend. Very helpful info as far as what is it that the are looking for in the real world. They are looking for people with wide area of knowledge. And and they are looking for more personal touch in portfolios, than just class work. Then we started looking at the homework. The games that we had made. Some were very cool. One of my favorites was the one about the auto and you had to make it or modify it.

Monday !!!!!!!!! we started the class with talking about the home work for the next class. 1st it was kind of confusing, but as we got more into it, it made sense. We put all of our favorite games on the board and talked about what catagory they go into. And what they were about. Then the teacher told us about the next class homework. That we have to make our own game, It sound interesting, i have few ideas all ready, we have to see how they come out. Then we went over the home work, the 7 sins. I saw some that were really cool. Some people have a good eye for this kind of things. There were some that were ok and there were some, few that were way way off. But over all I like it.

Interesting assignment, but i would like to see it with 5 photos. We started the class with every one putting there hm on the tables, and then we had to pick the best ones. We talked about them and rearanged some of them. The fun started when we had pick our favorits from all of them and make our own story, but as i said it would be cooler if we could have 5 photos. After that we watched a TED video about a guy that is a graphic designer and a computer programer. Very smart guy and interesting and funny too.

Very very long weekend, I have a family emergency, so i showed up to class turned in my work and left. I wanted to stay to see the rest of the students work. but i couldnt.

okayyyy. people have to get more into this class. today we had allot of interesting stuff up to look at. But not allot of people participated.
1st we put up our home work and talked about them. allot of interesting work, and i can see how this will be used in real life in our jobs. Then the teacher put up some adds and we talked about them, but only few people talked. For some reason not allot of students get into the assignments. i hope they do so the class will be more fun and we can learn more stuff.

Mondayyyyyyy morning, I got to class early! good start. We had a interesting conversation about disney, and there characters. And how disney makes or the standers they have for there products. Then we had a brain storming about what goes in a story. All the class gave ideas or what went into an story. After that it was movie time, TED movie that is. We watched two talks and we spoke about what we got from the talks and what the speakers were trying to say.

Raytheon !!!!!! I had all ways thought it was a chemical/bug spray company, but they are a defense contractor and one of the thing that they mad or still make is the tomahawk missile. Mineralogy, i had heard it before but did not know what it is, it is the study of chemistry, crystal structure and properties of minerals. and the most important one was Charles Babbage, the guy who came up with the concept of a programmable computer.

Movie time. Got to class and the teacher showed us a video about AIGA, I knew about them before, but learned more about them. I wish photographers had a organization like that too. I think its a great thing, you network with others, and together we are stronger, and we can make our art be more appreciated. I will be joining them. After the video a guy from gauge which is the AIGA student group at school, told us about the group and the events. I will try to make all of there meetings. After that the teacher started to talk about mind maps and showed us some pics of what they are. Then we started to make a mind map, and he collected our homework, and he put some of them on the board. He asked the class to see if we can find out why he chose those ones. I liked the mind map exercise you keep coming up with new things that could happen that have nothing to do with what you started from.

Thanks to google maps traffic i was late to class. As I walked in we were talking about how was every ones weekend, and what experience they had, then the conversation turned into how different people see or experience the same thing in a different way, Individual perspective. We talked about alignment in life. And one of my favorite topics, we talked about how to over come a mental block or a writers or artist block. After that he had the class put the homework in order from best to worst. it took us about 15min a we did it and we did a very good job at it. He wanted to show us a video about a comic artist, but the projector was not working. Hopefully it will next time we meet. Then all the people that went to the Seth Jhonson thing came to the front of the class and told us what it was about and what they learned. It was interesting some of the points that he had, but I was not that impressed over all.

We got a new classroom. its much more cooler than the other one but that AC unit outside is really noisy. I got to class, and the teacher was asking about web servers and IP address, we talked about it for a while. Then he asked us what methodology is, we talked about it and then we talked about the difference between concept and an idea. Where you see things from effects your perspective, that was the high light of the class for me, i had tried it but it was by accident, it will be interesting trying that with everyday stuff. Lets see, oh and he told the entire to seat in an alphabetical order. I moved up and away form the loud AC unit that is outside the window. We had a long discussion about what time is. And after that he showed us photographs and we talked about what there meanings were.

Got to class early, but there were barely any seats left. The class started on time, and the teacher asked us what we thought the class was going to be about, and what we were going to learn. then the teacher passed out tangerines to everyone. But told us not to eat them. He told us to render it 5 times a week. I still dont know why we have to do it. But it sounds like a interesting thing to do, and its gonna be a new experience. Then we the teacher asked us what did communication mean. I gave an answer, but it wasnt the right one. We discussed it more. And we went over syllabus and other class info. We exchanged info with class mates.
